Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to BookIdeaLab. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • We do not provide partial-month refunds for time remaining after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • A refund may be considered within 7 days of your first purchase on BookIdeaLab.
  • You must not have used the paid features of the Service during that period.
  • Renewals, upgrades and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to manage@adhyyanbooks.com from the email address registered with your BookIdeaLab account. Include your account email, the order or payment reference and a brief reason for the request.

4. Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, Razorpay, to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Sole Discretion

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of BookIdeaLab. We may decline refund requests that fall outside this policy or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.
